    Painted Dog Conservation

    Painted Dog Conservation

Based outside Hwange National Park, Painted Dog Conservation is the world's leading organisation dedicated to protecting African wild dogs (painted wolves). Their work includes anti-snare patrols, rehabilitation of injured dogs, education programmes for thousands of Zimbabwean children, and pack monitoring across Hwange and Mana Pools — the strongholds of one of Africa's most endangered carnivores.

    Bhejane Trust

    Bhejane Trust

Bhejane Trust supports the Zimbabwe Parks and Wildlife Management Authority across Hwange, Zambezi National Park and the Matetsi complex. The trust funds and operates anti-poaching patrols, water provision at Hwange's pumped pans (critical to the park's 45,000 elephants), and infrastructure repairs that keep rangers in the field. Their work is essential to keeping Hwange's wildlife alive through the dry season.

Operating across the Victoria Falls and Zambezi region, the Victoria Falls Wildlife Trust runs a wildlife rescue and rehabilitation centre, pangolin protection programmes, anti-poaching support and human-wildlife conflict mitigation. Their work spans ecology, education and community development — protecting one of southern Africa's most iconic landscapes.

    The Zambezi Society

    The Zambezi Society

Founded in 1982, The Zambezi Society is dedicated to the long-term protection of the Zambezi River wilderness — Mana Pools, Lake Kariba, Matusadona and the lower Zambezi. The society funds anti-poaching patrols, fire management, ranger support and wilderness advocacy in some of southern Africa's most ecologically important and least-developed wild places.
