Overview
Waterberg Wilderness is a private nature reserve located at the Waterberg, one of the greatest attractions in northern central Namibia. This 50 km long and 16 km wide table mountain rises up to 200 metres from the plains. It boasts a fascinating geological genesis, perennial springs, and an incredibly diverse flora with over 500 species. The plateau, declared a national park in 1972, is home to rare game such as sable, buffalo, and black and white rhinos.
