Overview
Ondili Kalahari Red Dunes Lodge is nestled among the red dunes and savannah on the western outskirts of the Kalahari Desert, approximately 200 km south of Windhoek. This tranquil retreat offers a unique blend of comfort, nature, and scenic beauty. The lodge features a selection of private chalets, each accommodating between 2 to 4 guests. All units are tastefully furnished and include en-suite bathrooms fitted with showers. The main house is located within a dry lakebed and includes a welcoming lobby, restaurant, 2 bars, a spacious lounge, and a swimming pool with a sun deck. A boardwalk links the main house to the surrounding suites, providing an excellent opportunity to spot wildlife around the Vlei. Each suite boasts a private outdoor area with shaded couches and loungers, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Guests can explore the breathtaking landscape of the Kalahari through guided hikes, game drives, or mountain biking, where they can witness the striking red dunes.
