What makes this villa special and ensures guests return year after year are the wide-open spaces, large rooms, and expansive outdoor area with a family pool. A group of 12 people can stay here yet never feel on top of each other. The TV room can be a space of solace, while the kids play in the pool, grandma reads a book in the lounge and the teenagers can be making salads in the kitchen. Every room has a feeling of space and comfort. The villa is situated over 2 levels with bedrooms 1–4 on the upper level, all with their own bathrooms (Bedroom 1 has 2 full en-suite bathrooms). The lower level features the pool and living areas plus bedrooms 5–6, both with en-suite bathrooms and a guest toilet. Highlights include a large 12m × 5m unheated pool with 12 sun loungers, a king-size daybed in the garden, Gas Weber BBQ, aircon/heaters throughout, and solar-charged batteries for independent off-the-grid power.
