    Kroon Lodge is situated in Kamieskroon, in the heart of the Namaqualand region. Built across two historic properties, including a police station dating back to 1917, the lodge beautifully preserves and reflects the area's rich heritage while offering a comfortable, modern stay. The lodge is environmentally conscious and wheelchair accessible, with solar-powered lighting and refrigeration, and hot water supplied by LPG geysers. Accommodation includes 15 en-suite rooms, each with a private veranda and braai area, as well as 14 campsites with shaded braai facilities and clean ablutions. A unique raised tent on poles is also available, ideal for biker guests seeking a distinctive stay experience. Guests can make use of optional self-catering facilities, including utensils, a microwave, and a stove, available at an additional cost. These amenities are complimentary for guests staying in the luxury room. Breakfast is also available at an extra charge. A curio shop on the premises showcases locally made arts, crafts, and home industry products, enhancing the authentic Namaqualand experience.
