    In creating Bundox Explorer Camp on a private concession of the Olifants West section of the Greater Kruger National Park, Bundox addressed what makes a great safari great — and pared back the modern bells and whistles in favour of a more authentic, pioneering wilderness feel. Four solar-powered canvas tents sit on a hill overlooking the South African Lowveld, each with twin beds, en-suite bathrooms with bucket showers (hot water on demand), private decks and views over the bush. A multi-level viewing deck, plunge pool, open-plan kitchen, traditional boma and an underground photographic hide complete the camp. Game drives, walking, stargazing and home-cooked meals form the rhythm of the day, with a small, dedicated team delivering warm, personalised hospitality.
